Six Tips to Help You Burn Calories Efficiently

1. Cold drink - Drink 8 glasses of cold water will burn more 9,25 calories than drinking water at room temperature. Research also shows that drinking water enhance the metabolic process, good for women during weight gain. If the water rose higher and higher, the more body fat reduction. 3. Protein-rich foods - Your body uses more calories to convert the protein into carbohydrates. For example, if you eat a meal containing 600 calories of protein, you will burn about 180 calories and that you have fallen nearly 30% of calories are absorbed into the body.

4. Spicy - The spicy can make fat cells more responsive and enhance weight loss. Add 1 teaspoon of red pepper and 1 teaspoon of mustard to a meal will increase metabolic rate to 25%. The spicy kind also makes you drink more water. Coffee with a moderate amount can also help you burn calories to speed up to 10%. However, you should not drink coffee with sugar, milk or cream, or you’ll fail to lose weight drinking coffee.

5. Exercise - People exercise by arms and legs who always burn more calories than the official . An obese person sits on average 150 minutes per day, less like it. So rather than sit, stand, sit change position constantly, constantly moving to reduce delays.

6. Chewing gum - Chewing gum burns 11 calories per hour. To avoid the artificial sweetener and safe for their weight, make all kinds of chewing gum sweetened with xylitol or maltitol or chewing gum containing sugar found naturally in health food stores. However, you still have to change diet and exercise habits, if only chew it, you’ll spend $ 10 per year and the results remain the same.

"Lepas ni sapa?"..."Awak tu bila lagi?"...
Macam-macam soalan yang akan diaju tiap kali g kenduri kawin bila umur dah sampai masany..huhu..kekadang sampai naik tersedak orang kena tanya...Soalan takkan berenti walaupun kita dah melangkah ke gerbang perkahwinan..coz lepas ni orang akan tanya sal anak pulak..dan berlanjutlah dengan macam2 soalan..

Semuanya Allah dah tetapkan..Insyaallah sampai masanya,..sampailah kad jemputan kat rumah anda ye..jika belum lagi..banyak lagi soalan lain leh tanya...hihi..perkahwinan bukan semudah mengeja ABC..mengira 123...(bukan juga semudah "main kawin-kawin" masa kecik2 dulu)...banyak tambah tolak darab dan bahagi yg harus diukur di badan sendiri sbg persediaan diri menjadi pasangan hidup buat pasangan kita di dunia dan akhirat insyaallah..

Semoga kita dipertemukan dengan jodoh yang terbaik untuk diri kita, agama dan keluarga..

Rindu yang berdetik..=)

Tangan gatal nak update blog...pdhal bayak lagi keja translate tu..dalam fb pun, kengkawan yang terlibat dah pakat dulih sal hal translate ni..huhu..chaiyok!! struggle di hari-hari terakhir ni..harap dapat siapkan dengan baik dan sempurna..amin..

Mak Jah call tadi...siapa Mak Jah?..Mak Jah kawan ibu..boleh dikatakan dah macam mak angkat kami gak masa kecik2 dlu..Mak Jah selalu gak dtg umah utk wat kja umah sambil tengok2kan kami masa kat usm dulu..Lama-lama kami jadi rapat sgt gn Mak Jah...sampailah kami pindah keluar usm..so lepas tu bila ibu pun dah berenti kja kat usm..kami dah lama tak berhubung gan Mak Jah..Bape tahun pas tu, bila ibu try cari balik tak jumpa....sampai lah baper tahun yg lepas baru jumpa balik..itu pun dalam telefon jelah, ibu duk bersembang lagi....

Telefon umah berbunyi...malas tul nak angkat..dah dua hari berturut-turut asyik org TEL**** yg tepon, byk benar offernya..malas nak layan!!..bangun gaklah angkat...

"Ibu ada?"..(panggilan ma'ruf org usm kat ibu...)huhu..sebut nama org tak knal..
"xde..anak ibu adalah.."
"anak ibu yg mana?..."
Confuse gak nak jawab ke tak...sapa ni.."ni sapa ye?"
"ni Mak Jah lah...."
"owhhh...."..

Biasanya kalau dah lama xjumpa apatah lagi bercakap gn org, aku agak canggung gak nak bersembang semula..tapi dengan Mak Jah lain...rancak lak aih nyembang...mungkin dah ada "ikatan" dalam hati ini...tiba-tiba rasa rindu zaman kanak-kanak menyelinap semula..boleh dikatakan agak manja dengan Mak Jah..rindu Mak Jah...

"ada gambar?..Mak Jah rindu.."
Adui, sebak lak rasanya..."nak bagi camne...?..nanti ibu balik kami g ziarah Mak Jah ye..ibu sibuk sblum ni.."
"ok..nanti bg gambar ye.."
"Mak Jah de fb..?"mana nak tau kot ada kan, atuk den pun de fb..huhuhu...bukan atuk pun yg open account tu..ntah sesapa...
Sudahnya dari A sampai Z Mak Jah tanya..huhu

Hm..rindu gn Mak Jah..byk bjasa gak padaku...sempat gak Mak Jah duk wat citer sedih..nmpaknya kena betul2 set tarikh g ziarah Mak Jah, tgh sakit katanya..Take care Mak Jah...semoga Allah memberi kesihatan yang baik dan dipermudahkan urusan Mak Jah..ini masanya untuk kami pula membalas jasa Mak Jah dan membalas segala belaian dan kasih sayang yang pernah dicurahkan....Sayang selalu, take care ye...
